Jamie has always envisioned launching a fried dough food trailer. It's our beloved indulgence, yet we could only enjoy it a few times a year at fairs and festivals. During our trip to Florida last year, we searched high and low for fried dough but sadly found none. That's when we decided to take a leap of faith, pack up our lives in New Hampshire, and relocate to Florida to turn our dreams into reality. Ensuring that our fried dough and toppings are freshly made and not out of a can was essential to us.
